Your Coffees are so clear and they have such great acidity and body. As I told you I am a total coffee person! I got my coffee yesterday afternoon. After having one day without coffee, I made my first cup of Blue Moose Mystical Blend at 5pm and I had a marvelous feeling. You made not only my day here but my whole stay in Las Cruses... and after being spoiled with great espresso coffee in Paris and in other European cities for the past 2 years... Finally! Thank you!
